Help Make a Difference

Students work collaboratively to figure out what coloured shape they have taped to their foreheads and find all of the others who have the same shape. Without speaking, they strategize and work together to achieve a common goal. 

Students create a collaborative story using pictures as inspiration for their contribution. The instructor begins the story, and students add a sentence that includes their picture. This activity emphasizes communication skills, creativity, and working together to achieve a common goal.

Students practice collaboration and teamwork by forming a hand-holding knot they have to untangle. They work together to untangle the knot without letting go of anyone’s hands. This activity emphasizes communication skills, patients, and problem solving to work towards a common goal.
