Students will work in pairs to complete an obstacle course or puzzle, while one partner is blindfolded. The other partner will guide the blindfolded student through the challenge by using their communication and leadership skills.
Students identity who the leader is in a game of Silent Simon Says. One student within a circle perform actions that all other students copy, and a student within the circle tries to identify the origin of the actions.
Students will present the project and action plan they created in the advanced empowerment activity. The students will demonstrate leadership within their school and community through the implementation of their action plan.
